Cal/OSHA Safety and Health Training and Instruction Requirements. In California, tailgate safety training for workers in the construction industry has been required for many years. Too often the requirement is ignored altogether. This course is designed for construction workers, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry.
